Christmas Journal class with Shimelle
My main purpose in doing this class was to capture a Chistmas while my son is still young. We have lots of magic in our house and I wanted to make sure that I remembered the way it was. I used to journal a lot, but haven't consistently made the time for it since finishing college. So I also wanted to jumpstart myself journaling again. I was able to do both and I am very grateful to Shimelle for offering this opportunity. I kept up and made time each day, though I did not get to sleep early like I should LOL. Here is a sampling of my work, mostly I just wrote and doodled, but then again, my main purpose was to get my journaling going. Enjoy!

It's been a very busy few weeks. I've been really going for broke on eBay, trying to create tons of different items. My poor family has been eating lots of prepared foods. I'm still working on balance obviously!

I have been doing something for myself though, I'm doing the Christmas Journal class with Shimelle. I am thourouly enjoying it. I stay up to late to do my entries, but I am not behind! That's great news! I am doing a lunchpail, and the "pages" are small, but I can fit tons of excellent embellishments on them. I look forward to haveing the time to decorate the box sometime.

I am enjoying using some of the papers and embellishments that I use when I creat eBay creations. Now I can actually keep some of them for myself! LOL.

More lunchboxes as well. I am loving it !

I am thinking of doing some online classes in the late spring/early summer. We'll see if that is of any interest to anyone.

Just discovered BLOGS. I'll be working on getting familiar with the site and posting things! Crazy since there is so much creating to be done! Oh, well, it's fun and instantly gratifying to see your page come up so complete and professional. Wish my website was as easy!

Just finished this Advent Calendar Star Album, it's on eBay right now, closing on Tuesday. Just love creating scrapbook altered art!
